Sandcastles 3 bedroom 2 bath direct ocean front. Master Suite - King-size bed with private balcony access and direct ocean view from second floor. Custom crown molding found in this haven, along with hardwood shutters to open for ocean panorama. Enter through gorgeous ventian plaster walls and romanesque decor to the large walk in closet,eurpoean style vanity area, high end custom cabinetry and granite countertops. Tiled shower with soaps and shampoo/conditioner available, as well as magnification mirror and hair dryer. Bed linens high thread count and quality. Luxurious robes available for your pleasure.

Second Bedroom - Queen bed with wood coastal style furniture, including luxury, high thread count linens. Faux painted with hardwood shutters that reveal the ocean seascape. 2 delicious robes await your use! Cable equipped TV in room.

Third Bedroom - Freshly painted spacious room with twin beds and old world charm including hardwood shutters. The guest bathroom is suitably located between the second and third bedrooms, with a shower/bath (soap, shampoo/conditioner available), vanity with granite countertop and custom cabinetry.
Magnification mirror and hairdryer available for your use.

Choose between THREE coffee pots (Keurig, drip or french press), as well as tea kettle for your wake up call to take in sunrises. So much fun in Cocoa Beach!

Such a beautiful condo, inside and out! Location overlooking the beach can’t be beat, and the condo itself was immaculate. With two teens and a young kiddo, we had plenty of space and everything we could have hoped for!

Great family vacation

We had a fantastic stay at this Cocoa Beach condo! It was impeccably clean and offered so much to do. The pool was a blast, and the incredibly convenient beach access made enjoying the sand and surf effortless. Waking up to those breathtaking sunrises was truly the highlight of our trip. Highly recommend!

Amazing stay!

This was our first time to cocoa beach and it was nothing short of amazing. Checking in was beyond easy, communication was quick if I needed anything, the condo looked identical to pictures and to top it off it was truly oceanfront. I will forsure be booking again!

No hassle at the Sandcastle

Simply a wonderful condo on a terrific beach. Communication with the property manager was seamless.Super view of the beach from the wrap around balcony, clean, spacious and well appointed living spaces. Essentials well stocked in kitchen. Beach chairs, towels, racquets, balls even a cooler supplied! Very convenient location with easy parking and spotless grounds. Enjoy!

Lovely, much needed getaway!

My family and I had a beautiful stay at the Sandcastle condo. Keith was very accommodating and the condo is beautiful with a Mediterranean style decor... and an ocean view!

Such a beautiful place, 4 of us besties came for a little getaway and was just pleased with everything, the ocean front was a plus and our host was just so generous in every way! Would definitely come back here.

Beautiful

Cocoa Beach - family vacation

We live in Tampa but travel to Cocoa Beach when we can for the ocean. I have 2 teenage boys, they get bored quickly with our beaches (no waves) but love the surfing waves in Cocoa Beach. Condo is fantastic, highly recommend, we will return.

Perfect ocean front condo

We stayed at this condo with family for our daughter’s softball tournament that was near by. The whole process for this condo was smooth. Instructions for everything were very easy to follow. The place was clean and had a great few of the ocean.

Location - Location - Location

Exactly as listed - great 3 bedroom ocean front! We had 4 adults and 2 children - and used the entire place - cooked several meals - enough to run the dishwasher daily. Great to have washer and dryer to keep us in beach towels for our daily trek to the beach - The pool is heated and VERY comfortable. I would note that the sectional couch is tired and could use updating - We would not hesitate to book again! The hosts were very responsive to any questions asked - Terrific!

Family Vacay

My family loved it. Everyone was pleasantly surprised about how nice the condo is and very convenient to everything. The location is right in the backyard; this is great for families with any age kids. Definitely being on the 2nd floor with a wonderful balcony and the most gorgeous views is a plus to the condo. Our host, Ms. Rhonda, is magnificent. Rhonda responded to all my emails in a very timely manner and put my mind at ease. I will rent from her anytime.; she is excellent. We will be back!!!

Best Kept Secret.. Perfect Retreat!

Rhonda was awesome to work with her home is exactly as described. The place was beautiful. The view was breathtaking. It was very homey and comfortable everything you need. Kitchen was well stocked tons of beach and pool items steps away from the beach. We love staying in your vacation condo.

Great View and Location!

The unit was very roomy. Plenty of towels etc. kitchen was stocked well. Outside balcony had room for all 6 of us to sit and hang out. A lot of close restaurants and bars.
