"We loved the location. It was great to be able to walk to the beach and local bars. We enjoyed all of the space and being able to spread out. The house was clean and well stocked. We had a few issues including the dishwasher not initially working and one of the bathroom fans running very loud, but these were resolved quickly and the staff was very responsive. Checking in and out was also very easy. "

"Great location, across the street from the beach. Would definitely go back. The only downside was the property management company doesn’t respond to emails over the weekend. They do have an “emergency number” to call if anything did come up. Everything about the house was great and we did not have a need to contact the management company over the weekend. They were very responsive during business hours. We loved being able to bring our dog! "

"Great property! Walking distance to beach. The house had toys, high chair and pack and play for an infant. We loved the family room and side room with the couch. They were close together but each had its own tv. We could have Mickey’s Clubhouse playing on one and something else on the other. It’s really a great house for multiple ages and families!"

"Great place to relax for our holiday weekend getaway with friends (party of 6). Spent the days relaxing in the pool. Caught a few spotted sea trout off the dock, and even caught a glimpse of a dolphin. The kitchen and grill allowed us the ability to dine in for every meal. And the living room was spacious and comfortable enough for us all to gather and watch football too! Hosts were easy to communicate with, and were quick to respond to our needs. Enjoyed our stay! "

"Our family of seven adults rented this townhouse to relax a few days before a cruise. It was in a great location, 7 miles from the cruise port. The beach was two blocks away, and many restaurants were within walking distance. The unit itself was very spacious and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable, the washer and dryer on site were a big plus, as was having 2/12 baths. The host provided games, a ping pong table, and lots of beach equipment. A fun surprise bonus was an actual record...

"Perfect location, neighborhood felt safe. Easy walking distance to the beach and the banana River, small old town neighborhood feel, best of Cocoa Beach glamor! My favorite perk was Merc the visiting neighborhood cat. If you're allergic to cats and be aware he will walk right in and make himself at home I think my favorite part was definitely the porch and the backyard!! We definitely need use of the awesome beach towel blankets and boogie boards provided, the linen closet was fabulously well...
