Primary Bedroom:
Get deep sleep in a comfy king-sized bed. Clean, bright design with ample closet storage. Features a convenient full ensuite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, vanity.

Guest Bedroom #1:
Get comfy in a queen-sized bed. Ample closet storage closet and dresser. Access to full guest bathroom in the hall with shower-tub combo.

Guest Bedroom #2:
Enjoy a great night’s sleep in guest bedroom #2, which comes with a full-sized bunk bed and closet storage space. Access to full guest bathroom in the hall with shower-tub combo.

Living Spaces:
This home’s main living area is bright and open. You’ll find a cozy queen sleeper sofa, with a flatscreen TV for streaming your favorite shows. The living room opens up to the dining room, with a six-person dining table and complimentary gift basket.

While the kids are playing in the large grassy backyard, take the opportunity to run a load of laundry in our convenient, fully equipped laundry room with a washer/dryer.

Kitchen & Dining:
Cooking and dining is easy and rewarding at our Cocoa Beach home. Start with meal prep in our modern kitchen. This fully stocked space with a bonus coffee station comes with all the appliances and countertop space you need to meal prep your favorite dishes.

Guest access:
This property has a secure keypad with a private code. The code will be provided prior to check-in.

Other things to note:
NO PETS ALLOWED. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

NO ON-STREET PARKING. Driveway has four parking spaces available.

IF NOT REQUESTED, GUESTS WHO CHECK OUT AFTER 10AM WILL BE SUBJECT TO A FEE OF $50 FOR EVERY 30 MIN PAST THE ORIGINAL CHECKOUT TIME.

NO SMOKING ANYWHERE ON THE PREMISES (INCLUDING ENCLOSED PORCHES). GUESTS WILL BE SUBJECT TO A FEE OF $100 IF THIS RULE IS VIOLATED.

GUESTS ARE SUBJECT TO A FEE UP TO $50 FOR SOILED BED LINENS.

Early check-in or late check-out (UP TO 2 HOURS) may be available upon request for an additional fee ($50 PER HOUR).

The home is outfitted with security cameras, smart locks, on-site smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detector, emergency lighting, and fire extinguisher.

For the comfort of all residents in our community, NO noise audible outside the house after 10pm and before 8am.

NO additional guests or visitors on the property other than those who have booked.

Breaking these rules will result in immediate eviction from the property.
