"My stay at the Mitre House Hotel in London was a great experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the included breakfast was top notch with quick, friendly service and good traditional English breakfast. The rooms are nothing fancy, but my room, while small, was scrupulously clean and the bed was comfortable, which was really all I needed as I did not spend a great deal of time there except when I was sleeping. The hotel was convenient to Paddington Station and from Paddington...

"Upon my arrival, the young man (Sohaib?) at the reception desk who assisted me was so kind and helpful. They made a room available as soon as they could in advance of check-in time, which was so appreciated after nearly 18 hours of travel. The room was small but very clean; the amenities were a thoughtful touch. The hotel is quiet, which is amazing since it's right off the Strand. It's a wonderful option for solo travelers."

"I stayed for one night as I had a mid week work so and I was really impressed. Sure, some of the elements are “basic” but the staff is fantastic, the bed is very comfortable, the breakfast while limited in choice, it hits the mark and I appreciated having all food and drink included as part of the room type that I chose. A great choice for a corporate traveller for one night "
