I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn, and overall, my experience was quite mixed. The check-in process was easy and efficient, which I appreciated after a long journey. One of the highlights for me was the airport transfer service, which operates from 4 AM to 1 AM. This was incredibly convenient for my early flight, although I noticed the website mentioned a fee of $10 per day, but I ended up paying over $11.
The room itself was comfortable, complete with full-size shampoo, conditioner, body...

We arrive and inquire about the shuttle for the next morning and was informed it starts at 5:00 am, which would not work for a 6:00 am flight, especially when there are well known TSA delays. "Cons - Room was not ready at check in, and the check in host asked if I’d like to downgrade to get in on time. This wasn’t fun after a long day of flying and really disrupted afternoon and evening work plans. There were also no linens in the room for the pull out bed, and when I called to ask, the check in host said he could not guarantee there would be any available to me but he’d try. I thought that was odd.
Pros - great location, super walkable to all of the fun spaces at the Domain....

This should be an considering upgrade since it's a 4 floor building. Wifi was weak on the 3rd floor which was unfortunate. Other than that the stay was good. Thank you all for your hospitality. "
