Conveniently placed in Chamonix Sud, this uplifting studio with flexible layout offers the perfect budget-friendly holiday base for couples and family groups of 4. Inside, the WiFi-enabled apartment benefits from a light and airy living space, furnished with a flat screen Smart-TV, modern double sofa bed and a dining area for 4, with accompanying kitchenette, complete with electric hob, dishwasher, fridge. The living room also leads out onto a mountain view balcony, which is furnished with a bistro dining set for 2. Accompanying the double sofa bed in the living room is a child-friendly set of bunk beds in the adjoining hallway. A contemporary-fitted bathroom with tub and overhead shower offers added convenience whilst away.

The 6-storey residence also features a ski storage facility and lift access. From its carefree location, the amenities of Chamonix Sud and resort centre are within carefree walking distance.

The residence is situated along ‘Promenade Marie Paradis’, with the amenities and eateries of Chamonix Sud on the doorstep and the buzzing resort centre just 5 minutes’ walk away.

For those who enjoy a self-catering stay, Chamonix boasts a weekly food market and plenty of grocery shops and supermarkets. A wide selection of world food restaurants, brasseries, cafes, fine dining and wine & tapas bars are also on hand to whet the appetite, throughout the day and night. Those looking to enjoy a lively evening out will also be spoilt for choice; with a plethora of different bars and live music venues to accompany the resort’s nightclubs, lounge bars and microbreweries.

In the summertime, Chamonix is a great destination for hiking, mountaineering, rock climbing, riding, Adventure parks, paragliding and even water sports and golf; whilst in the wintertime, Chamonix provides the perfect setting for Skiing and Snowboarding; with schools, rental shops, cross country routes, off-piste runs and slopes for all abilities. From the holiday apartment, Geneva Airport is just 82 minutes’ drive away, via the A40.

Amazing location

This place was an amazing location with great views. We were able to walk to everything that we needed, be close to the action of "main street" and the lifts, but still have some quiet at night. The only reason I gave it 4 stars, is because the bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke from about 6pm to noon the next day every day. This isn't the owners fault, and could change depending on tenants moving in or out, but I felt like it should be noted. All in all though this is a really great place.
