"Everyone was so nice and respectful and helpful.We celebrated our wedding anniversary there and the director of the rooms made it special by giving us flowers and decorating our bed and tub with flowers."

"Very clean hotel in a very good location. The staff is excellent, very attentive,polite, they smile and say hello(Yello) all the time the see you, lovely people. Room has a good size and new design, big bathroom, good bed and really nice pillows. All these at a bargain price.Would recommend!"

"Great hotel to stay at, every single staff member there was very friendly and helpful also. The only down side is that they only give you one key for your room. It would've been nice if we had a second key to keep the power going."

"We’ve been traveling a lot the last year. This was in our top 2 for sure. The property was perfect. The pool. The location. The thing that stood out the most for us was the staff. Incredible. They were all so accommodating. Zero issues. We loved our stay here. Already planning another on in the next couple months. If you are looking for a relaxing stay with a great location and a staff that will take care of any request, you have found it. No need to look further. We cannot wait to be back....

"クタの中心部にあるのに、街の賑やかさを感じず、リゾート感を味わえるホテル。スタッフもみんな親切で、相談事にも丁寧に対応してもらえて、とても居心地が良かったです。帰りの便が深夜便だったのでレイトチェックアウトにも対応してもらえて助かりました。また朝食も美味しく、満足いく旅になりました。バリ島にきたら、またぜひ利用したいです。"

"クタにありながら、静かでリスや小鳥と過ごせます。施設は新しくはないですが、毎日掃除もしてくれますし、朝食も部屋まで届けてくれ、サービスは良いです。スタッフの方も丁寧でサービスが気持ちよかったです。ホテルの周辺はレストラン、スパ、ビーチ、コンビニ、ショッピングモール全て徒歩圏内で非常に便利です。"

"This hotel was perfect in every way. The food was great, the staff were great and was spotlessly clean everywhere. The gardens were beautiful, if Kuta is the place you want to spend your holiday then you can’t go wrong with this hotel"

"I was very impressed with Balian, wasn't expecting it to be as nice as it was for what it cost. Value for money its 10 out of 10. Even had a swim out balcony. No complaints here. Stayed 3 nights September 2024. Cheers "

"Staff were excellent. Each and every staff member greeted us and always with a smile.From cleaning staff right thru. Thankyou for being so kind and gracious. Our room was always immaculate (Rm 315) anything we asked for was never forgotten. Silvana Ty for remembering our facecloths we ordered. Pusapa from Travel desk is such an asset too 4 Points. She is an amazing and dedicated Staff and always with a smile. Couldn’t do enough for myself and Marlene. Even running to us out the front with...
