"This hotel was recommended to me as a solo traveller and Im glad I booked here. Very large rooms and comfortable bed. Theres a coffee pod machine with capsules supplied in your room. I liked that the breakfast had smaller portions which were refilled rather than a large amount of food sitting there for the duration of breakfast. This hotel is quieter and the gardens are very beautiful and well cared for."

"Location is close to Kuta beach and loads of good eating options. Room was nice, generally quite new but a few issues with sliding doors and hooks needing some maintenance. Room had a balcony, but practically pointless as only a view of the concrete wall of the building next door. Staff very friendly. Reception area really nice. Roof top pool area and breakfast was excellent. Would happily stay here again. "

"We were a little disappointed with the Breakfast food the selection was limited. We were offered complimentary lunch due to works at the resort this food was very limited in choice and we had to pay for water to drink with our lunch. Our room was very clean and the staff in all areas we friendly and very efficient. "

"We had the best stay. The room was clean everyday, and water bottles were topped up. The breakfast buffet was very delicious with lots of variety to choose from everyday. The pools were clean and accessible. All staff were nice and friendly throughout our stay. Prime location for shops, restaurants and beach. Definitely recommend staying here. "

"This hotel is absolutely amazing. I booked it twice during the same trip. I initially extended my Bali visa and tried to extend my stay here but it was booked up for those days so I left, went somewhere else for a few days then came right back once rooms were available again. I travelled with my toddler and this was such a lovely stay. VERY CLEAN rooms and building overall is clean. AMAZING staff, all very warm, friendly and accommodating.
