It had better days
When you enter the hall you understand it was a big player decades ago. The personnel (except reception) was really nice. Big swimming pool. Nice breakfast.
My check in experience was the least welcoming in 18 days travelling in Bali. The receptionist didn’t even check if my room was ready for an early check in even i this was in my offer. Once I came back at 2, I was given the key but no information on wifi, information on the spa (I had 50% discount), he did not offer help with the luggage, he did not explain how to reach the swimming pool nor the opening hours, … I don’t think travelling with a rucksack means I do not deserve a good service.
When I reached my room (it was not the cheapest), my bed sheet had more than 20 stains … the cleaning staff kindly changed it. The ceiling was leaking, so I had to be careful when entering the room. Wifi wasn’t either the best, loosing signal from time to time.
The room had a TV, but most channels were pixels and noise instead of real sound.
To be honest, i do not think this can be considered 5 stars anymore.
