"We had a great stay at this hotel! Everything was excellent — the room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was very приятной. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The only downside was that the check-in process took longer than expected, especially considering there was only one person ahead of us. Aside from that, everything was wonderful, and we would definitely stay here again! "

"close to AUS airport and gas, beds were clean, trace of mold? on bathroom caulking, bathroom door latch broken, elevator showed unrepaired wear. breakfast area was clean, food good. did not use the airport shuttle service."

"Well maintained and staffed. A bit tricky to get to from certain directions. Breakfast was pretty mundane and on Sunday morning, it was pretty much decimated by 845am. Apparently they weren't prepared to keep up with all the youth soccer players staying at the hotel. Some items restocked by 915 but still on sparse side"

"The building is nice and new. The room was clean. Breakfast was mediocre, they ran out of eggs and when I asked for more they brought so little that it was enough for about 3-4 people. They put us up on the first floor and it was very loud every night past midnight. The location is good, across from the waterpark. If you go there, opt out of breakfast and ask for a room on a higher floor. "

"The facilities and location were great. The hotel was well maintained and clean."

"our room had been cleaned so all used towels were taken but not restocked. we were left with ONE towel for us to use…. We had planned on going to the pool. we asked the receptionist if we could have some more towels sent to our room. It took them hours to bring us ONE extra towel. by then we didn’t have any time to enjoy the pool as we had other things to do later that night. thankfully it was only two of us staying in the room so if you know you’ll need extra towels ask ahead or bring your own....
