"It was a fun experience to stay in such a unique spot. My teen and I enjoyed the kayaks at sunset. And waking up to that view was lovely. Our hosts had a lot of nice touches with the coffee station, snacks and nice bath products. (And while the location is a little unusual, road traffic wasn’t really too bad with the air conditioning on.) it was really cool to stay right on the water in a former fishing cabin, while still being easily able to explore Swansboro, Cedar Point and Emerald Isle. "

"First, I have to say that all communications with Jonathan were excellent. No matter what question I had was immediately answered. The house was as described, very clean and had everything needed for a relaxed stay.Boating, don't expect to bring your own boat as the marsh is very shallow. There is a tandem kayak there but I brought my own kayak with us and it was great, spent a lot of time on the water.Overall it was a great relaxing trip but if you want a busy area with night life this is not...

"The house was perfect, from the beautiful view and location, to being super clean and decorated so tastefully. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay and relaxed! "This place was exactly what we needed for the week. Spacious, clean, and with a great view. We took our boat and docked it right there at the house which was really nice. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The game room kept us entertained on a rainy day we had. There's were also yard games etc. Just a great place! Beautiful view of downtown Swansboro from deck and backyard. Convenient to everything. We are big golfers, and after a day on the course and/or the driving...
