"First, I have to say that all communications with Jonathan were excellent. No matter what question I had was immediately answered. The house was as described, very clean and had everything needed for a relaxed stay.Boating, don't expect to bring your own boat as the marsh is very shallow. There is a tandem kayak there but I brought my own kayak with us and it was great, spent a lot of time on the water.Overall it was a great relaxing trip but if you want a busy area with night life this is not...

"We had a fantastic time lounging on the dock looking for dolphins (we saw two)! Also took out the kayaks and activity mat which are included, as well as life jackets. The house was clean and spacious, and well stocked. About a 15 min drive to the beach. Very quiet dead end street, and lovely view of the water. "
