Whole house recently renovated and updated. Large washer and dryer. If you like the idea of life in the country but with easy access to beaches, shopping, restaurants, military bases, this is the place you want to stay. 30 minutes to Jacksonville, 5 minutes to Emerald Isle, 30 minutes to Morehead city, 45 minutes to New Bern. You will find the home very clean with lots of space to meet all your needs. Self check in with a coded lock, no need for keys. This is a lot of house! This is a family friendly home with toys, games, high chair, pack n play, kids dinnerware, even a bunk bed with a slide, etc.

We love your furry family as well and would love to accomadate them, there is a 50.00 fee - Per Pet and we do ask that they not be allowed on the comforters.

Events are allowed but there is a $100.00 fee for any groups over 15. No illegal activity, drinking, drug parties will not be tolerated. Police will come and ask you to leave the property. We love hosting events such as weddings, showers, going away parties, birthday parties, etc.

We own the RV park next door as well, Seaside Cottages. The home is very private and a prive location as it is only three miles to the beach. Only 30 minutes to Jacksonville, Camp Lejeune, and 10 minutes to Swansboro.
I do own all the property around this home, including the large shop behind, but i am rarely there as we own a remodeling company and are working most of the time.
1. Please keep cover on Hot tub, this helps it stay hot during colder days. (no toys in Hot tub - Clogs filter)
2. Please remove any toys from the Pool
