Situated on the outskirts of Busot, this impressive boutique villa invites you to make the most of the long summer days, exploring the Valencian coastline and enjoying a fun and relaxing break with family and friends. Sitting within a quiet, residential neighbourhood, Villa Blanca Lux is surrounded by leafy plants and olive trees that enclose the garden to create a tranquil, secluded setting. Arranged over several levels, the rooms are well-designed, with thoughtful decor and comfortable furniture offering a warm welcome. The main living room is on the lower level, where several sofas and a charming fireplace offer a cosy place to sit. The spacious kitchen is well-equipped, with quality appliances and a spacious central island counter where you can prepare meals throughout your stay. A dining table inside has ample room for all, whilst outside, a lovely patio area is perfect for taking advantage of the warm evenings and sharing entertaining nights beneath the stars. There are five bedrooms, each carefully presented with comfortable beds and cosy furnishings. There are also three bathrooms; one on each level! A further living room also makes the perfect entertainment suite, with a pool table, large sofa and impressive 85” inch screen ideal for retreating in the evenings to enjoy a night in with a movie. Outside, a wonderful garden stretches to the property border, where neat hedging and lush plants offer a natural sense of privacy. A terrace wraps around the large private pool, inviting you to take a refreshing swim before unwinding on one of the sun loungers nearby. There is also an outdoor shower for added convenience.

Enjoying a quiet setting, Villa Blanca Lux is just a short walk from the charming village of Busot, where you can find a variety of local amenities, or hop in the car and head to the coast to discover the golden beaches and animated seafront towns. Just a 10-minute drive away, El Campello boasts an animated seafront with a long sandy beach and calm, blue waters. Wander along the shoreline, dip in the sea, or head to the port and enjoy a delicious plate of fresh seafood at one of the local restaurants. The neighbouring Playa de Mutxavista sprawls along the coast, with a palm-lined promenade tucked to the rear of the sand. From here, you can walk for several kilometres before joining a path leading out to the Cap de l’Horta lighthouse, where you will be rewarded with magnificent views stretching to the north and south. Alicante can be reached in less than 30 minutes, where the lively town has something for everyone. Stroll through the Parque de la Ereta and stop by the Santa Bárbara Castle to admire the 19th-century construction built over what was once an ancient Arabic fortress. The castle occupies a strategic viewpoint atop a hill, with a beautiful panorama out over the coastline, and a cafe awaits with a refreshing drink. Back in the town, Alicante’s tiled esplanade invites you to stroll, join the locals for their evening paseo, or stop off at the popular Kiosko Peret to enjoy a delicious ice cream. Alicante’s old town is a maze of winding streets, with steep staircases and colourful houses, and you can get lost amongst the narrow lanes or head to the Mercado Central. Discover rows of vibrant stalls stocked with fresh produce to buy whilst several counter bars invite you to sample regional delicacies or share a few plates of tasty tapas.Like the rest of the coast, Alicante has several glorious beaches where you can spend a relaxing day. Playa del Postiguet boasts a lovely stretch of pristine white sand, or just outside the city,  the rocky inlets of Cabo de la Cuerta offer a more secluded setting, perfect to enjoy a picnic on one of the flat rocks and share a more intimate evening watching the sunset.
