"The room is very small. One thing I never like is that one side of the double bed is against the wall so getting up in the middle of the night is really difficult for the person sleeping on that side.
Also the bathroom is in the bedroom and is separated by frosted glass. So you can hear everything going on in there(!)
The location was fantastic. Couldn't be better.
Breakfast was good."

"This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in! What a delight! The bath prioriy is Charming
s, beautiful, well appointed, and has really very helpful and kind staff.
I will be kind and not tell you the hotel I was originally in, but it was horrible. The bath priorit is fantastic! The Spa was an added benefit as are the beautiful gardens!

"In my booking confirmation via Expedia the price for parking was confirmed to be 30 GBP per night, which is already quite expensive. However upon arrival the price was 50 GBP per night, which is just useless. Other hotels are able to honor the price confirmed at the time of the booking for existing bookings also when the car park is managed through an external company.
During our time in the hotel the lift was broken which was a major annoyance.
The rooms are very small for a family with four...

"All of the staff were very helpful but especially the barman and restaurant staff. I had an excellent meal in the restaurant, and a great night's sleep.
The room was comfortable but I spent precious little time in it to want much more out of the room itself.
My single, solitary criticism is a very picky one. There was a hand rail to get into the bath/shower but not one to assist the reverse process. This required a careful balancing act but I descended safely.
Thus, a safety rail placed...

"Net hotel met goed ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel en schoon. Kan hier en daar een renovatie gebruiken, maar niks waar je last van hebt, alleen wat verouderd. Vooral een ontzettend fijne, centrale ligging met het winkelcentrum ‘Cabot Circus’ (met supermarkt) aan de overkant van de straat. In de woorden van mijn vriend: Dikke prima!"

"A very nice hotel, the rooms at the rear of the hotel were former farm buildings which have been completely renovated. There is a wet room ensuite which is well appointed. The restaurant has a good choice of food which is excellently cooked and presented. The breakfast menu which has to be ordered the evening before was slightly confusing until I worked out that the price stays the same and you just tick your personal choices. Well sited and only 6 minutes from the Bristol Airport Silver Zone...
