We were under the impression that the pond/spring and playground were in fact on property grounds, however they were not. It was a park nearby and it happened to be closed for hunting season. "Very clean and cozy. This place is quiet, and the amenities outdoor are perfect to spend quality time with the family. Location was great for us, KP Hole walking distance, Rainbow State Park justa few minutes away. Grocery stores very close also."

"There was a noticeable smell of stale cigarette smoke inside the trailer, thankfully it wasn't too overwhelming. We noticed some old lunch meat in the fridge, making us wonder how well they had cleaned the place. Very oddly there weren't sheets on the beds, but there was an entire dresser full of sheets that we put on the beds ourselves. "The space was beautiful and exactly what my friends and I needed while we were in town for a wedding. It was cozy inside and outside, it being the perfect weather for the warmth of fire outside. I felt like everything we needed while away could be found here and the stay was stylish as well! "

"This little property is tidy, clean and has all the important amenities. It is surprisingly close to good restaurants and markets. We also liked the convenience of being so close to KP Hole. The whole "village" of homes is surprisingly quiet, and all the guests are very respectful and courteous. Even the dogs are very well behaved! The manager was super quick to answer any questions we had. Overall all our needs were met and were so happy for the value we got!"

"We loved our time at Megan’s home. From the get go she was super communicative and full of helpful local suggestions for our family trip (3 families with multiple kids). The room set-up was perfect for us and the home was so charming It was a beautiful location on the river and we loved using the kayaks/canoe, jacuzzi, snorkel gear for nearby springs, etc. Highly recommend!
