    ★☆ The TV in the guest bedroom is equipped with a Roku device. Please note that there's no live TV. While there are streaming services available, you may need to log into your own accounts to access them. ☆★

    ☀ Pet friendly with a fee of $135 max of 2 pets, without prior approval. All waste must be picked up.
    ☀ Pool is 5-ft deep (swim at your own risk)
    ☀ Driveway parking up to 4 spaces
    ☀ A second refrigerator is in the garage for additional food/drink storage.
    ☀ A kayak trailer is available and free to use under the vehicle owner’s responsibility and insurance coverage. Towing vehicle must have a 2” hitch receiver. Truck beds or kayak racks can also be used for transporting, but are not provided.

    ☀ We can accommodate events for an additional fee. Send us a message first prior to booking for events.
    ☀ Thermostat needs to stay between 66-80
    ☀ No smoking inside the house, patio, or pool area.

    ☀ Please switch off electronics when not in use.
    ☀ For safety concerns, glassware is not permitted around the pool area.
    ☀ No parking on the grass or on the street.

Thank you for a lovely stay. The location was terrific. The kitchen was well equipped. The property is just a little bit dated, but he is a very good size, especially for families.

Haven at Rainbow Springs exceeded our expectations! Location was perfect - walking distance to my mom. The home was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of work areas for our remote workers. The Rec Room and patio/pool area were great for morning yoga and cooling off after runs. The hosts were super responsive. We will absolutely rent again if the whole crew (including our dog) visits again for Thanksgiving.

Home layout is spacious with lots of room for gathering, dining and entertainment pool area and activity area were fantastic, pool is clean and well kept unfortunately weather was too cold during our stay to enjoy but overall great place to stay

We had a great time at the local springs. We thought the backyard pool was bigger from the pictures. Overall a great place and very close to the local springs and everything you will need such as shopping and restaurants.

River Haven

I wanted my niece from South Dakota to experience a different part of Florida. This haven was right in the middle of all things...KP Hole, Rainbow Springs State Park, Canyon Ziplining (DO IT). And at the end of each adventurous day...back to a quiet oasis with our own pool. Thank you!!

Family weekend stay

This home is amazing definitely family friendly and was just perfect for our gateway weekend. I highly recommend there’s a river right near the property and I would definitely stay here again. The owners are reachable at anytime which helps a lot. 10/10

Fun home

Home is very close to the river, we used kp hole for river access. Very well stocked had all equipment you could ever need and then some. Extra of things too Ie: coffee makers, fans, towels. Lots of games to play, pool area was good. Very quite neighborhood. Would recommend staying here, and will be back to stay.

Perfect place for vacay!

The property was perfect and had all the necessary accommodations. It was super close to Rainbow Springs and a grocery store which was very convenient. My husband, children and I had an amazing time at Rainbow Springs and while we were not at the spring the kids had a blast playing in the pool also. There is so many games for the kids and the kitchen is stocked with anything and everything you could possibly need. I cannot rave enough about the fun that we had and the friendliness of the owner. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to my family and friends.

Stayed here because of the kayaks

We chose this rental house because of the kayaks that came with it. We were near our family and have enjoyed the Rainbow Springs area before. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed. The pool is just big enough to enjoy a cool splash. We thoroughly enjoyed taking advantage of the large TV to watch movies with our family. We are truckdrivers and typically end up watching movies on our phones.

Peaceful Home near Rainbow Stare Park

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The property manager was in communication with us from the time we booked until after we checked out. The home was clean and comfortable. They included such nice touches like a welcome basket of snacks, coffee Keurig cups, use of games, pool floats, doggie bowls, leash, washer and dryer etc. We wanted to use the kayaks, but just didn’t have time to work it into our schedule. It was a nice retreat to rest in between our activities at the state park. Highly recommend!

Quiet Retreat

Property was bigger and better than we imagined! It was laid out so nicely with open kitchen, dining and living which also flowed right into pool area. Pool is small but fire table and lights make it cozy for evening dips. Lots of games and books. Kitchen was well stocked and we made many meals. Bedrooms are spacious and each has a full bath. The kayaks were fun and easy to move on the trailer. Rainbow River was a blast! But also the only thing to do within an hourish drive. We did have a couple glitches worth mentioning: driveway is a long single driveway so we did a lot of switching of vehicles. The neighbor was an odd man and it often felt like he was watching us. The cleaning crew did not leave enough garbage bags and would not bring more so we used grocery bags for 2 days. However on our last day with a check out time of 11am the cleaners were sitting outside the property at 8:30 am, just waiting for us to leave. Overall I do recommend!. Its a great value for a quiet, lowkey stay. Jesse, the owner was easy to deal withand responded quickly. gjigghuspaciousand both have bathrooms

Place was exactly what my family needed. Kayaks were awesome. Pool perfect temp. Kids had a blast Back patio and pool get a little messy from the trees. So we spent a good amount of time cleaning everyday. But wouldn’t stop us from renting again
