Once a week, our team will stop by to take out the trash. They won’t enter the home but will access the garage with a code. You might also see snow removal in winter or lawn care in summer. These visits may or may not fall during your stay.

Surrounded by pines, wildlife, and expansive mountain views, it’s a haven for those seeking quiet mornings, starlit evenings, and the freedom of wide-open spaces.

Sleeping arrangements
With space for up to 11 guests, the home features four bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The private master suite sits on the upper level with an ensuite bathroom, balcony, and sweeping mountain views. Additional bedrooms include two with king beds, one with a queen, and a bunk room ideal for families or groups. Premium linens, room-darkening shades, and extra pillows make every room designed for rest.

Living spaces
The main floor offers a welcoming atmosphere with a spacious living room, oversized sectional, and a 70” Smart TV. Large windows fill the great room with natural light and frame the surrounding views. A cozy reading nook provides the perfect spot to curl up with a book or simply enjoy the quiet of the mountains.

Kitchen and dining
The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with cooking and baking basics, modern appliances, and a coffee station ready for early mornings. Two dining tables and a breakfast bar ensure there’s room for everyone to gather for meals, whether it’s a quick bite before a day of hiking or a hearty dinner after exploring the trails.

The home includes free WiFi, a dedicated workspace, heating, portable fans, and ceiling fans to keep you comfortable throughout the year. Essentials such as towels, toiletries, and kitchen basics are provided, helping you settle in with ease. Open fires on the property are strictly prohibited by the county due to wildfire risk.

This home is located at a high altitude of 8,800 feet. We recommend that guests take time to acclimate at a lower elevation before arrival to ensure a comfortable stay. We want all of our guests to fully enjoy their time here and feel their best!

Please note that there are two exterior cameras on the property. One is focused on the driveway, and the other is directed towards the hot tub and front door. These cameras are used to monitor snow accumulation and ensure proper maintenance during your stay. Thank you!

While some childproofing measures have been taken, the property is not fully childproof. Guests acknowledge and accept responsibility for any risks to children or infants while on the premises.
