"Llegue en metro desde el aeropuerto a la estación de tren del hotel, hay que caminar un poco pero nada complicado. Hay dos estaciones de tren relativamente cerca, el personal fue amable todo el tiempo me ayudaron hacer una reservación para ir a la plaza central. "It was a big hassle checking in. Lobby receptionist doesnt know about my booking via hotels. Com. I even contacted Juan via hotels.com chat but had a miscommunication as well. I called the property contact person and was able to Answer me after 45 minutes. Finally, Mac (care taker) came and checked us in. He is very Nice and apologetic.
