"We decided to stay over in Shinjuku while visiting Tokyo area from Osaka where we our extended stay was. The flat was great - spacious and comfortable - and exactly what we were hoping for in our short overnight stay. Just a short walk from Shinjuku and just what we needed for our family of six."

"Great location - walking distance to the hub of Shinjuku. We did find the building noisy in terms of people above walking around their apartment. We have stayed as Illi TAS previously and preferred that room/layout."

"This was a good location and it was nice that it slept all six of us, but it was quite a bit smaller than the pictures make it appear. It was also more dated than the pictures look. There is also a lot of street noise at night if you are a light sleeper."

"The apartment was clean and efficient. Owner was very communicative. Was near many restaurants and shops. My only complaint was the noise level. It is right off a main road, so we could hear sirens, horns, people yelling. I wore earplugs so it wasn’t too bad. It really was in the center of the action, and 1.5 blocks from a train stop. "

"Loved the location and the property setup. Very spacious for a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) and was so close to everything. Room was clean, modern and had all that we needed. The bathroom was separated into 3 rooms which made it really functional and ideal so 3 people could be in there at the same time (shower, toilet, sink). All hotel bathrooms should be like this! Also came with a washing machine which was easy to use and worked well. Very good value for what we got and it was so close to...

"Hôtel bien situé, près de la plage Sokcho et à quelques pas de plusieurs restaurants. La chambre était d’une taille correcte. Nous avions une belle vue de notre chambre qui était au 18 e étage. Par contre, j’ai trouvé que l’insonorisation était pas optimal."

"The distance to Shibuya crossing and the trains were super close. I felt like it was an easy walk especially after a long day of walking around Tokyo."

"The best part of this stay was how close it is to the airport, which made traveling very convenient. There are also many local food options right downstairs, giving a great chance to enjoy the local flavors. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable throughout the stay."

"Clean and comfortable rooms. Washer/Dryer combo was great to have in room but it takes a long time to wash and dry (don't put too many clothes at once, better to run it daily). Location was pretty central/walkable. The superior room is pretty small/tight but manageable; the deluxe was very spacious and would recommend."
