"The premises are quite new and everything looks modern, clean and well maintained. The area is fairly quiet, with minimal noise despite being close to a main road. When we arrived, the weather was extremely hot, around 36 degrees, and there were quite a few summer flies and mosquitoes, mostly in the bathroom area.
