Kitchen: Outfitted with high-end stainless-steel appliances; a professional gas range, large refrigerator and dishwasher. The kitchen is stocked with all the amenities you would need to feel at home. Enjoy bar seating for 8 and the dining table with seating for 10, all with incredible ocean views through panoramic windows and double patio doors.

Lanai: Fully furnished and containing both covered and uncovered areas where guests can lounge in a different spot each day reading, watching the water or just relaxing. 5 sets of patio sliders open to the home making this the ideal indoor / outdoor experience. Lanai bathroom: adjacent to Guest Room 4 and accessible from the lanai, features a full bathroom with a large shower and pedestal sink.

Laundry room: The only room in the house w/o an ocean view. Access to washer and dryer.

Front courtyard and Lanai: if you need quite space from everyone else, this is a nice area to enjoy. It faces the front gardens.

Garage: Not for parking. Contains your beach amenities such as chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, boogie boards, etc…. Also contains the 4th bathroom to clean up after beach time.
