Holiday home El Rueo, is a typical Andalusian house, is located within a fully fenced estate, which provides a totally private character. A wonderful place.
House with two kitchens and two dining areas, inside and outside, large living room with fireplace, two bedrooms and bathroom with shower. Large outdoor area, with private pool, barbecue, gazebo, private parking, swing, shower, toilet. All surrounded by trees and plants.
It is an ideal house where to find peace and tranquility, for those people who love nature, for those who enjoy hearing the birds singing or watching a dreamy sunset. Also for those who want to enjoy a good glass of Andalusian wine under a sky full of stars.
The house is situated on a private estate, full of trees and plants, where birds and other wild animals live in the wild. Here you can practice a lot of outdoor activities: hiking, mountain biking, photographs, etc ...
A very quiet place where the typical Andalusian house, its wonderful private swimming pool, the barbecue, the outdoor gazebo and all its surroundings manage to transfer the guest to a state of absolute tranquility and relaxation.

Teresa and Jose were the ideal hosts for this stay, helpful and always willing to chat. The accommodation is simply stunning, private and quiet location, fully equipped, comfortable and relaxing, clean and easily accessible. We would recommend this villa to anyone. We had a wonderful stay in Casa El Rueo. The villa is in a great mountain location on the outskirts of Almogía and very well equipped. It is the perfect base for exploring the Malaga/Granada/Cordoba areas of Andalusia. We particularly enjoyed relaxing in the extensive gardens and made good use of the outdoor kitchen and pool.Therese and Jose were the perfect hosts and were always happy to give us advice on the local area. We would recommend Case El Rueo to anyone planning to visit the area.

Wij zijn in maart 12 dagen te gast geweest bij teresa en José.Het huis is mooier als op de foto met een heel uitgebreide keuken en comfortabele banken goede bedden .de ligging op loopafstand van het dorp waar een paar leuke restaurantjes zijn en een uitgebreide supermarkt en een hele goede bakker.Bij aankomst stonden teresa en José ons al op te wachten bij het huis om ons te verwelkomenWe kregen een goed gevulde fruitmand ,bier ,fles wijn en waterJosé is een zeer goede gastheer die goed Engels spreekt hij staat altijd voor je klaar als je iets wilt weten over de omgeving of tips over restaurants Kortom we hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad bij teresa en José En komen zeker nog eens terug

Ruim twee heerlijke weken doorgebracht in El Rueo. Het is een heel fijn huis, we hebben hier werkelijk niets gemist. In de keuken kun je zo uitgebreid koken als je wilt, alles is aanwezig. De badkamer is prima, de douche is wat aan de kleine kant. De grote slaapkamer heeft een lekker bed, met o.a. een grote linnenkast. En er is nog een extra slaapkamer.De woonkamer is gezellig, al is de verlichting wel erg fel voor Nederlandse begrippen Buiten is het heerlijk vertoeven, met veel ruimte om het huis en er is zelfs een overdekte buitenkeuken. De aanwezigheid van een wasmachine is ook erg prettig. Aangezien we in februari hier waren, was het zwembad (voor ons) nog een paar graden te koud. De omgeving is heerlijk rustig, het huis staat helemaal vrij. José en Teresa zijn hele lieve eigenaren, die ons hartelijk ontvangen en regelmatig even (via Whatsapp) informeren of alles goed gaat en of we nog iets nodig hebben. Gezellig contact. What a wonderful place to spend your Holiday. The house is amazing. We loved to stay there. You have everything here. If you love the nature is just perfect. If you love the city you only have 14 km to drive. If we are in the region again we definitively come back. Theresa and Jorge a wonderful hosts. Thank you very much for everything.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would say that the owners were the most welcoming and hospitable of any we have experienced. The house itself is a reasonable size and had all the amenities we could want (a bit like home from home). Provided you have a car then its reasonably well located to reach many places of interest.

Wir waren 2 Wochen in diesem wunderschönen, gepflegten Haus mit Pool und haben es sehr genossen, so dass wir gerne wiederkommen werden. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Wir wurden super freundlich mit Obstkorb und kalten Getränken empfangen. Teresa und Jose waren immer mit Rat und Tat für uns da, wir fühlten uns wie bei Freunden. Danke und bis zum nächsten Mal!

You will be in a home from home in Jose & Teresa’s beautiful Andalusian house. The pool is huge and gorgeous, the house is well stocked and absolutely spotlessly clean. The area is private and quiet. Be aware that the restaurants in the town only serve evening food on the weekend, but there is a great supermarket only 5 minutes drive away. The hosts were absolutely excellent and helped us whenever we needed. We would happily stay again!

This characteristic Spanish holiday home had everything one would need for a splendid vacation: a beautiful setting and full amenities in and around the house. Th kitchen was well provided and the beds were excellent. We received a very friendly welcome and had good communication both in English and Spanish with the owners José and Terésa during our stay; The fridge was provided with beer and fruits, the stove wit woodfire, and the swimming pool with (cold) water. The location in Almogia is very suitable for walks in the direct surroundings (maps available) and in the mountain range of El Torcal de Antequerra. Malaga is only 15 kms of curvy road away. The only minor point (but not related to the owners): there were a lot of barking dogs at night in the neighbourhood.

Das Haus liegt in einem Olivenhain sehr ruhig, man hört nur Hunde und Hähne. Es ist immer ca. 4 Grad kühler als an der Küste. Man kann schöne Wanderungen mit Ausblicken machen. Teresa und José kümmern sich um alles und helfen gerne weiter. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Wir waren zwei Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus. Teresa und Jose haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Zur Begrüßung gab es einen großen Obstkorb und verschiedene Getränke. Das Haus war sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber waren immer bemüht unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Wir können dieses Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

José en Teresa Heel erg bedankt voor het verblijf in Almogia en jullie prachtige woning.. een geweldige locatie in de bergen met alles bij de deur zoals.. restaurants, supermarkt en bakker. Dicht bij Malaga en andere mooie plaatsen, strand en boulevard. Leuke wandelpaden en geweldig voor wielrenners.. wij komen zeker nog een keer terug. Bedankt.. Mvg Erik Welp en gezin.

De eerste week viel het weer wat tegen door de krachtige wind en wat regen, maar de tweede week was zoals wij hoopten dat het zou zijn: zon en een lekkere voorjaarstemperatuur. De gastheer José en gastvrouw Teresa zijn zeer behulpzaam, spreken Engels en Spaans en respecteren je privacy. Het huis is ruim en goed geoutilleerd. Het zwembadwater vonden wij nog te koud, maar lonkte wel. Het dorp Almogía met wat restaurantjes en een supermarkt (de Dia) ligt op 900 meter loopafstand. Al met al prima verblijf en wij komen graag nog een keer terug, maar dan wel als het wat warmer is. Roelie (68)en Louwrens (75).

When we arrived I was surprised to realise I’d booked a house set in its own grounds. It is by far the best accommodation I have ever rented for a holiday at this price. The house is well equipped, clean and very comfortable. My friends and I wanted to walk, read and rest - this beautiful house proved to be ideal. Jose and Teresa were so friendly and supportive- knowing they were at the end of the telephone added to the experience, nothing is too much to ask. In summary - wonderful holiday venue in a beautiful natural setting with lots of walks and nature to enjoy.

La casa es muy bonita. No le falta absolutamente nada. José y Teresa muy muy buena gente. Pendientes de que nuestra estancia fuese de diez sobre diez. Volveremos y recomendaremos sin dudarlo. La limpieza, la comodidad, la decoración....todo, absolutamente todo de diez. Gracias por hacer que nuestras vacaciones fuesen perfectas. La localización es totalmente lo que buscábamos o mejor. La sierra malagueña es muy bonita y hemos disfrutado mucho.

In neun Jahren Spanienurlaub haben wir verschiedene Ferienwohnungen und Fincas bewohnt. Mit Teresa und José haben wir unglaublich freundliche, hilfsbereite und engagierte Besitzer kennen gelernt. Diese Finca ist auch die schönste, die wir gebucht haben. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, der Außenbereich ist großzügig und die Grillhütte bis spät in die Nacht gemütlich. Wir hatten Traumwetter und konnten den großen Pool häufig nutzen, dank Beleuchtung auch noch später am Abend. Die Wegbeschreibung, die wir von José vorab per Whatsapp erhielten, hat uns auch ohne Navi problemlos ans Ziel geführt. Dort wurden wir von Teresa und José persönlich begrüßt. Ein großer Obstkorb sowie Bier und Wein im Kühlschrank hießen uns willkommen. Vielen Dank nochmal für die freundliche Betreuung!

Theresa@jose were fantastic hosts,very helpful and informative of the area.Personally showed us around the villa and came to say goodbye on our departure. The villa is very clean with everything you need.Stunning views and outside space is vast with a lovely fountain in the grounds.The quaint village of Almogia was friendly and beautiful. We can’t wait to return to the peace,beauty and tranquility ❤️
