"Nous avons passéun excellent séjour"

"Wir wurden sehr nett von Sophie empfangen und haben uns direkt rundum wohl gefühlt. Überall findet man ein sonniges oder schattiges Plätzchen auf der Terrasse, die rund um das Haus geht. Und die Aussicht durch die Fenster und von der Terrasse auf den See ist atemberaubend. Die vier Tage hier waren in jeder Hinsicht perfekt. Vielen Dank an Sophie wir kommen gerne wieder!"

"Nous avons passé 3 jours extraordinaires dans cette maison très confortable dont la vue sur le lac d'Annecy est à couper le souffle. Le boulodrome est sans contexte le plus beau que la terre ait jamais porté. Nous y avons livré des parties endiablées qui nous laisseront des souvenirs inoubliables. Nous espérons y retourner à la première occasion!"

"Mr & Mrs Grasso were really nice but Mr Grasso did not respond to any emails until 2 days before we got there. He does not speak English but we could have sent a message in French. The pool was not heated but was not an issue but the pool does need a good clean especially round the steps. Internally the house was exceptionally well fitted with what looks like some particularly expensive items but was quirky, e.g. one bedroom door would not shut, toilet door would not fully open glass windows...

"Lovely house to stay in. Swimming pool was great and the location with views of the mountains and lake was delightful. With a 3 year old in our family, the swimming pool cover was essential and much appreciated."

"We had a fabulous time staying here. The house was very clean and spacious. We were two families with four little kids and we had plenty of room in the house. (High chair and cot provided.) The views from the house and yard were phenomenal! The hosts were welcoming. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and taking a dip in the cold lake (we were there in April.) *Note: The hot tub did take a bit of practice getting the temperature right... it was often too cold or too hot! "This is the second time we have stayed at this property and yet again we couldn't have been happier. Situated in a great location on the lake, close to shops and restaurants but with a lovely private garden straight into the lake. Rooms are light, spacious and beautifully decorated. Would recommend this property to all."

"Great panorama view. But the house would definitively need some renovations/modernisations for the price it is located. AND it should be deeply cleaned. Overall the stay is nice mainly due to the wonderfull panorama and location of the house."

"This was a very short notice booking and the owners were very helpful to sort this out. Another location had fallen through for us and we all had leave booked. Our children also had flights booked (Geneva) so at short notice (3-4 days) we needed a house for 6 people. The owners did their best to help us out and we appreciate that. "Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Innen wie Aussenbereich sind perfekt ausgestattet. Die Aussicht ist einfach genial. Vermieter äußerst nett . Kommen gerne wieder."

"La location est dans un cadre magnifique avec des balades faciles d'accès sans voiture grâce aux navettes mises en place par la région (ou directement à pied pour les plus sportifs). Le fait que les chambres soient au sous-sol est très appréciable en été, mais la suite "Master" notamment bénéficierait d'une rénovation. Les propriétaires habitent de l'autre côté du chemin et ont été très réactifs à chaque petit souci. La location est une base très agréable et idéalement placée pour explorer...

"Hicimos un cambio de fechas y me dio impresión de que no estaba coordinado. El wifi funcionaba mal y el último día nada, cambiaron las claves. Al recinto de aparcamiento se entra con clave y la cambian los viernes, estaria bien que avisaran de los cambios. Por lo demas, el apartamento, bien, estaba preparado para minusvalidos. La zona es tranquila."
