Charming traditional Mallorcan Eco-house in Alcúdia just 1 km from the beach

'Sant Vicenç' is a magnificent example of a historic Mallorcan town house dating from 1630, which was renovated in August 2012 and reveals some of the magnificent architectural details of the time. Decorated with an impeccable taste, Sant Vicenç is both very modern and welcoming. Spread over two floors, it can accommodate up to six adults.

Upon entering the house through a beautiful solid teak wood door, you are greeted by a spacious and bright living room with two sofas, a sofa bed for 2 people, a coffee table and a television with satellite channels and free wifi. The next room is a kitchen with dining area, equipped with all modern conveniences, including an oven and electric stove, and a six-seater dining table (the baby highchair is also available).

After the dining room, you will find the chill out area, a semi-open room with a three-piece suite, stereo, board games and access to the patio. This exterior mosaic contains a barbecue, table and chairs; and is perfect to soak up the warm atmosphere of Mallorca. The ground floor also has a bathroom with electric walk-in shower and a utility room with washing machine and dryer.

On the first floor there are 3 comfortable bedrooms. All of them have double beds and one has a bathroom en suite and has access to a furnished terrace.

The house is located in the heart of Alcudia. Alcudia is a small historic town where the Roma established 2,000 years ago. There are still ruins of their houses and an intact theater. The town is surrounded by medieval walls. In the old town you can walk through the pedestrian streets and discover a lot of small shops, bars and coffee restaurants.

Near Alcudia there are many beaches in the bay of Pollensa, just 500 meters away. There are sandy and stone beaches. The longest white-sand beach and crystalline waters of Majorca is the Puerto de Alcudia, only 1 kilometer away. There you can practice all kinds of sports activities such as windsurfing, paddle surfing, sailing, glass bottom boats, diving ... Enjoy restaurants, cafes, boutiques ... and also for children there are playgrounds, swimming pools, attractions ... Nearby there are also banks, doctors, clinics, pharmacies.

The marina of Puerto Alcúdia is also 1 kilometer away, where you can enjoy a pleasant walk seeing small boats of traditional fishermen and modern luxury yachts. There is also a local craft market every night, and some very good restaurants and cocktail bars. Nearby is the beach of Alcanada, one of the most beautiful beaches in the north of Mallorca.

If you are a fan of nature, you can visit the largest natural park in Mallorca: S'Albufera and S'Albufereta only a few kilometers away. In addition, there are plenty of hiking trails in Aucanada, Bon Aire, La Victoria, Coll Baix ...

A good enjoyable experience

Lovely house in a great location in Alcudia Old Town, within walking distance to everywhere. Clean, hospitable, simple self check in and spacious. The listing was accurate. Any queries we had during our stay were quickly and helpfully resolved. A few minor things are worth noting — the bedrooms are on the first floor while the second bathroom is on the ground floor. — the stairs are fairly steep and may be a problem for the very elderly or infirm. — one switch on the electrical board had a habit of tripping a few times. Overall a very enjoyable stay at Sant Vicenc and we would book it again.

Excellent Stay in Alcudia

Excellent stay. Straightforward booking and check-in, clean well-prepared property for a great stay in the Historical Centre of Alcudia. A QR code taped onto the modem in the lounge room made connection to the wifi very simple. Plenty of linen, towels, soap and toilet paper. Air conditioning throughout. Pretty outside patio areas are small but quiet. The area felt very safe. There can be a little bit of noise / talking in the evening from the restaurant nearby but no traffic and no music noises. Overall a great hassle-free stay!

Wir mussten umziehen

Wir hatten uns auf eine ruhige Woche in dieser Ferienwohnung gefreut. Leider war es unmöglich dort zu bleiben, weil sich im Nebenhaus eine Baustelle befand, auf der von morgens 8 Uhr bis abends gegen 18 Uhr Presslufthammer, Bohrmaschine und andere Maschinen im Betrieb waren. Am Dienstag Mittag sind wir in eine andere Ferienwohnung umgezogen. Ziemlich aufwendig, denn wir hatten uns bereits eingerichtet.. Wirklich "angekommen" sind wir leider nicht und wir haben immer nur eine Woche um uns zu erholen. Hoffentlich klappt es bei einem eventuell nächsten gebuchten Urlaub besser.Wir kennen die Ferienwohnung bereits von einem früheren Aufenthalt, Grundsätzlich ist sie zu empfehlen.

Huset i sig selv var perfekt og der var alt ....meen larm fra håndværkere i nabohuset var godt nok irriterende....huset skulle ikke være lejet ud i den periode 🤨

Alcudia e' piacevole, la casa adatta per 2 famiglie, attrezzata molto bene e pulita, nel centro storico ma senza disturbi, molto bella e funzionale.

Mallorquinischer Flair

Wir (4 Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind) konnten eine Woche in dieser schönen und gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung verbringen. Da es noch etwas kühl war, konnten wir den Innenhof und die Dachterrasse leider noch nicht so gut nutzen. Die Wohnung selbst bietet aber mit den 3 Schlafzimmern, den beiden Bädern, der Essküche etc. ausreichend Platz. Die Küche ist sehr gut mit Kochgeschirr und allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Durch die Lage der Wohnung waren wir beim Öffnen der Haustüre sofort in der Innenstadt. Trotzdem war es ruhig genug, um nachts gut schlafen zu können. Wir sind sehr gut erholt wieder nach Hause zurückgekehrt.
