Villa Camila is a wonderful semi-detached villa for 7 person located at the prestigious residential area of Mal Pas. A mere 100 meters from the beach of Sant Pere, a wonder of nature for its fine sand, crystal clear turquoise waters and stunning Formentor and the Bay of Pollensa.Among pines and look at the sea always present, this Villa stands a garden surrounding the property.It is accessed from the garden and there arrived the hall. From there we walked to the living room - dining room, a spacious and bright space divided into two levels: above the dining room which leads directly to the outside area and a lower level where the area of the comfortable sofas and TV's.From the living room you can access the kitchen of natural wood and fully equipped in which we have a breakfast area.The kitchen leads to the spacious terrace surrounding the house, a large garden, bright, quiet and with sea space.There is a first zone with curtains and table outside to enjoy unforgettable evenings waterfront and a second outer area of sofas, both elegantly decorated, which enjoy the Mediterranean at its finest.On the ground floor there is also a large bathroom (bath and shower).From the hall we went to the first floor where there are three bedrooms and a huge bathroom:- A first Triple Room with 3 single beds (each 90 x190 cm) and a small balcony overlooking the sea. Ideal for little ones.- Below is a Double room with two single beds pushed together (each 90 x190 cm) and a lovely private terrace with a chair and a side table, overlooking the sea, to enjoy the perfect view of the sunset.- In the background are the main room, a double room (180 x 200) with private terrace and sea views. Terrace with spectacular hammock, awning and sea views. The rooms do not have air conditioning, there is only one in the living room.Also on the first floor we have a huge full bath (two sinks, tub, shower, bidet, ...)The ground floor has a large place to store cases and all the things for the beach and holidays. The beautiful garden surrounding the house has an outdoor shower.This magnificent semi-detached villa is located 100 meters from the sea.

Loved our stay here, perfect location. Very comfortable beds and we loved the beautiful terrace. We will definately be back!One thought was to have a cool box and umbrella guests could borrow, also a bottle of water in fridge on arrival.

House disappointing; location was great

We were really looking forward to our stay along the coast in Alcudia. The house does NOT have A/C. There is one small until in the living room - that only cools that one room. It was over 90 degrees F and humid during our stay- the bedrooms were upstairs and closer to 95/100 degrees. We could no sleep in the home. We had to scramble and find two hotel rooms for 3 nights in high season in order to have a place to sleep. We spent twice as much money for those 3 days of our trip. The house is a bit dated and the beds were hard and did not look comfortable at all- although we never slept there. There are open pipes in one bedroom. In the end we spent very little time in the house. I The location is great- easy access to two beautiful beaches. The kitchen had plenty of supplies. I did reach out to the property manager to request beach towels (which was mentioned in another review as being available) but they don’t supply beach towels for a beach house. It is the first time we have been disappointed in a rental through VRBO,. AC needs to be removed as being listed as amenity, we would never rent a home at the end of June without AC. It cost of a lot to money and wasted time trying to find sleeping accommodations last minute.

Séjour agréable

Notre séjour s'est bien passé. La maison était très propre et l'agence que nous avons contactée à notre arrivée (un dimanche) a été très réactive (pour l'obtention de la clé). Peut-être qu'un coffre à l'entrée de la résidence serait préférable mais toujours avec la possibilité de joindre une personne (en cas d'urgence). La région d'Alcudia est belle, sauvage... Maintenant, nous avons joué de mal chance car la météo n'a pas été très belle. En restant positifs, nous pouvons dire que la mer même déchainée est aussi magnifique ! Dommage que la clémence du temps n'est plus durée plus de deux jours lors de notre séjour. Heureusement, la maison nous a permis un séjour agréable car nous y avons passé un petit plus de temps que prévu initialement !

Good rental

My family and I stayed here for a week. My kids ages 16 & 14 really enjoyed having the beach across the street. The beach was beautiful and on windy has fun waves. The restaurants close by are really good. Loved the Crocodile Restaurant…the owner was so kind! The manager at the property was there to answer any questions. We needed beach towels and they got them to us the following day. We did have a difficult time with the stove top as it is very warn out and not in the best condition. It was a little deceiving that air conditioning is advertised but in reality is only in the living room. You need to be sure to bring soap and shampoo. The washer and dryer worked but it would be nice to have instructions in other languages near it. Overall, it was a great stay.

Schöner Urlaub in perfektem Haus

Wir waren mit zwei Familien mit jeweils zwei Kindern und einer Schwiegermutter in dem Haus. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Agentur hat sich vor Ankunft erkundigt und von sich aus nachgefragt, ob wir etwas brauchen. Während des Aufenthalts wurden uns unsere Extra-Wünsche schnell und unkompliziert erfüllt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter lief über die Agentur ebenfalls reibungslos. Die Ausstattung an sich ist mit Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler und W-Land optimal. Die Lage an sich in zweiter Reihe zum Strand war natürlich perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn wir in großer Gesellschaft reisen.

Location perfetta per una vacanza rilassante

In due famiglie abbiamo trascorso due settimane nella villa e apprezzato soprattutto la posizione vicinissima alla bellissima spiaggia di San Pere e l’ampia e confortevole veranda che abbiamo usato molto. Unico punto negativo da sottolineare è la stanza della taverna inutilizzabile per l’umidità e la puzza di muffa. Essendo in 9 persone, le due ragazzine hanno dovuto dormire sul divano in sala. Condizionatore presente solo nel salotto con macchinario sul balcone di una delle stanze al piano superiore. Ampia cucina con lavastoviglie (ottimo!) spesso invasa dalle formiche, bisogna fare attenzione a non lasciare la minima briciola in giro!!!

Il s'agit d'un très belle endroit, plein de charme

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, la maison est très bien équipée et très proche de la mer. Il y a beaucoup d'endroits pour s'asseoir confortablement. La seule chose qui nous manquait furent des linges de plages que nous avons obtenus de l'agence sur demande.

Wir waren nicht zufrieden

Die Villa ist schön gelegen an einer ruhigen Straße an einer kleinen Bucht mit Sandstrand. Das Haus selbst ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und bedarf dringend einer Überholung. Jede/s einzelne Tür, Fenster, Schublade klemmt, die Duschbrause fällt aus der abgebrochenen Halterung, die Ausstattung der Küche ist qualitativ unterdurchschnittlich. Es stehen zum Teil kaputte bzw. nicht funktionsfähige Geräte herum, am Kühlschrank fehlt der Griff zum Öffnen. Die bereit liegenden Handtücher waren z.T. extrem fadenscheinig und sind einem Gast schlicht nicht zumutbar. Die gesamte Einrichtung wirkt zusammengestückelt, abgewohnt und alt. Es riecht ausserdem muffig im Haus, was sich auch durch regelmäßiges Lüften nicht bessert. Die Vermietung vor Ort war allerdings sehr bemüht. Den generellen Eindruck konnte dies allerdings nicht verbessern. Hier müssen die Eigentümer investieren!

Everything we hoped for

We had a lovely time in the Villa Camila. It was spacious and well equipped, the large, shady terrace area was popular for eating and relaxing. The beautiful beach only 2 minutes walk away made it perfect for a quick early morning swim and the children loved it. We visited other beautiful beaches but often returned to our local beach for one last swim of the day. We also enjoyed the old town of Alcudia, only 10 minutes drive away. The property was clean when we arrived. I would recommend this villa for a family holiday to remember.
