"Wir wurden sehr nett von Sophie empfangen und haben uns direkt rundum wohl gefühlt. Überall findet man ein sonniges oder schattiges Plätzchen auf der Terrasse, die rund um das Haus geht. Und die Aussicht durch die Fenster und von der Terrasse auf den See ist atemberaubend. Die vier Tage hier waren in jeder Hinsicht perfekt. Vielen Dank an Sophie wir kommen gerne wieder!"

"Nous avons passé 3 jours extraordinaires dans cette maison très confortable dont la vue sur le lac d'Annecy est à couper le souffle. Le boulodrome est sans contexte le plus beau que la terre ait jamais porté. Nous y avons livré des parties endiablées qui nous laisseront des souvenirs inoubliables. "We had a fabulous time staying here. The house was very clean and spacious. We were two families with four little kids and we had plenty of room in the house. (High chair and cot provided.) "Maison très bien équipée. Électroménager haut de gamme. Grand Rez-de-chaussée très agréable, avec une grande table et un plan de travail fonctionnel. Nous étions 6 adultes. Petit bémol, les maisons voisines sont trop proches et on partage le jardin avec une autre maison, qui appartient au propriétaire paraît-il. Et ça, on ne le voit pas sur les photos. Surprise !!"

"This is the second time we have stayed at this property and yet again we couldn't have been happier. Situated in a great location on the lake, close to shops and restaurants but with a lovely private garden straight into the lake. Rooms are light, spacious and beautifully decorated. Would recommend this property to all."

The Chalet was very well equipped, everything you needed. The location excellent. Our cycling and paddle boarding family made the best of all Annecy could offer. An amazing holiday. Le fait que les chambres soient au sous-sol est très appréciable en été, mais la suite "Master" notamment bénéficierait d'une rénovation. Les propriétaires habitent de l'autre côté du chemin et ont été très réactifs à chaque petit souci. La location est une base très agréable et idéalement placée pour explorer...

"This is a great house with lovely outdoor space. It was closer to the very busy/ noisy road than I had anticipated but it didn’t bother us too much. We didn’t hire a car which was a mistake as although the house is close to the lake path , the house doesn’t have any direct access to it and you have to walk approx 10-15 mins round the back of the house to find public access down to the road. It’s quite a steep hill getting back up again if you have bikes. The nearest small supermarket was...

"Mr & Mrs Grasso were really nice but Mr Grasso did not respond to any emails until 2 days before we got there. He does not speak English but we could have sent a message in French. The pool was not heated but was not an issue but the pool does need a good clean especially round the steps. Internally the house was exceptionally well fitted with what looks like some particularly expensive items but was quirky, e.g. one bedroom door would not shut, toilet door would not fully open glass windows...

"The chalet was perfect for a big group of 11 men (and room for more!), 5 minute walk from La Roche ski lift. There is a bar and ski hire at the bottom of the lift, although no shop, so we drove up to Plagne centre each morning. Communication with Audrey is exceptional, she is extremely attentive and answers your queries quickly. The living room is great for communal dining and evening entertainment (we played lots of cards). The Olympic bobsleigh is a short walk up the hill."

Todo bien pero con detalles
"El hotel increíble, todo está perfecto menos el desayuno. La verdad la comida muy pobre en cantidad y calidad, y el servicio del desayuno bastante deficiente. Era buffet pero tardaban hasta media hora en volver a poner comida. Creo que estaban superados en su capacidad. Y fue un contraste complicado de entender porque en general el servicio en todas las demás áreas era muy bueno. Y otro detalle fue que se descompuso el elevador y al final no era tanto problema usar la escalera, el problema era que tenían los carritos del servicio en la entrada de la escalera lo cual complicaba el acceso. Llaman la atención esos detalles siendo un hotel de tan buena calidad. Pero en general un gran hotel, con un diseño bastante bueno. "
