I didn’t give 5 stars due to the air conditioning in the entire hotel went out during the hottest day of the year. They did however provide fans and water bottles for the rooms. Good underground parking."

"Airport shuttle needs to be pre booked the day before and is 13 Euro. Hotel is like-new and very clean. The location is close to the airport, where there are bus and rail options to downtown Munich (about 35 to 45 minutes). There is not much around the hotel besides office buildings and farm land. There is an Italian restaurant on Zeppelinstasse, about 10 minutes walk. I was quite satisfied with the hotel for my need (close to the airport prior to departure at the end of my stay in Germany)."

Required the advertised airport shuttle. Clicked on QR code as instructed by reception. Went to lobby, got on a shuttle only to be pulled off and told our shuttle was the public bus. The bus stop was off their campus. The receptionist had a vague description of where the pickup would be. “Over there” he pointed in the direction of the lobby...

Auch um 23 Uhr war die Rezeption noch besetzt und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr gepflegt und geräumig, das Bad sehr groß und hell. Mein Zimmer war im Souterrain, was grds. nicht so mein Ding ist aber in diesem Fall keine Rolle spielt und man zudem dann doch mehr Tageslicht als gedacht hatte. "Air conditioning was horrible. There had been a heat spell, but not in the last 2 days, and Wed evening when I checked in it had been raining and cool all day. I was given a room on the top floor (that was the maximum distance from the elevator). It was hot in the room. I blasted the A/C for 3 hours without effect. Not surprising, because no cool air came from the vent.
I tried to sleep but finally called the front desk to complain. Night staff switched me to a room across from the elevator...
