Staff were friendly and helpful. The Spa and gym facilities are very good, with excellent therapists. The room was good and there are a variety of pools and outdoor areas to relax. very noisy in the evening as pool side party every night. the building is dated but clean and is of a good location. Parking onsite but not included in the price (which does seem to differ from the description).
