Everything about our stay was brilliant, from the initial welcome by the concierge Anthony, the wonderful check-in staff and the housekeeping team, we could not fault it. I am a wheelchair user and the hotel exceeded my expectations considerably. Our room (169) was huge, appropriately adapted and clean. The quality of the breakfast and dinner was very high with service to match. Staff seemed to go to any length to ensure our experience...

"Room was spacious, and comfortable. Shower had lots of pressure. Great location to access theatre and popular sites. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room could use some refreshing. Had an issue being charged for breakfasts that we didn’t have, but the staff reimbursed our card that was held on deposit. Would stay there again."
