"One of the most unique hotels that I have ever stayed at!. The hotel is so lovely, and the underground tunnels and all the beautiful patios make exploring it absolutely wonderful. The rooms were very comfortable and nicely maintained. The rooftop pool area is also lovely, with gorgeous views. We also had evening drinks at the piano bar, which was very memorable. The staff were very helpful and contributed to a beautiful stay. The location is fantastic- very central and easy walking to Seville...

"I had an excellent stay here. Room was clean and spacious for a solo traveler. It was right next to a mall. Restaurants at walkable distance, It’s quiet at night. A bit of a walk tho from some of main tourist attractions. I had to walk 15-20 mins from Plaza de Espana, Real Alcazar, but the walk there was a great way to admire Sevilla. Definitely recommend this hotel."

"The room was not make up until 5pm after been chested for 3 times after the 1st night. Water was coming down from the ceiling at 10pm, just before we went to bed. Lunch and dinner menu was very limited choice. Dinner buffet was not opened when they have a wedding party with out given any notice."
