"The checkin process was straightforward and we were allowed to leave bags before checkin time. However, the staff didn't provide any information on what's included, what facilities like pool are available and when to access them or what attraction is nearby. For example 2 bottles of water were included, but we weren't informed that minibar was included in the room price. There was a huge festival going on in front of the hotel, we saw it once we reached our room. The staff didn't mention it when...

"Staff went above and beyond to help us. We had alot of luggage and since we arrived early, they were more than willing to store it for us until our room was ready. This gave us plenty of time to explore the surrounding area. I highly recommend this hotel and hopefully will have an opportunity to stay here again!!"
