"Room was clean they also left a cool birthday message in the room for me that was very thoughtful also the staff was very helpful and friendly, the bar was spectacular along with the food being amazing"

"We absolutely loved our stay here!! The rooftop pool bar was a huge feature, all the staff were very welcoming & friendly especially the terrace bartender Juan. Definitely the best service we had throughout our entire stay in Barcelona and really great English speakers! Incredible view and amenities with the junior jacuzzi suite. They were kind enough to upgrade our stay for our honeymoon if we ever return to Barcelona this will be a no brainer stay we were shocked to see bad reviews was not...

"Camera pulita stanza bella elegante personale gentile.

"Good"

"They need more elevators and/or a service elevator. Often the housekeeping staff was using the two elevators making the wait quite long."
