"The hotel enjoys a fantastic location, and the staff are exceptionally kind, attentive, and always willing to help. Javier, Artura, and the two other ladies were especially warm, friendly, and welcoming. Our room was spacious and comfortable for three people, with a pleasant street view. Although the furniture was somewhat dated, the beds were very comfortable. The room and bedding were spotlessly clean. The bathroom was large and well maintained, with a bathtub, which was a real plus."
