"El hotes está descuidado, las habitaciones son viejas, sucias, de uso constante y poco mantenimiento. Se ve que es un hotel que se utiliza para convenciones de grupos grandes y resulta cómodo pero para vacaciones no es opción esta lejos y no esta comodo."

"Rooms were smelly, AC doesn't work well at all. Fire alarm went off and elevator was down 3 out of the 4 days we were there. Not what I was expecting for paying $400 per night. This is more like a motel. Location of the property is good but I would not come back to this property."

The location was perfect, near to everything, walkable, next to a beautiful park and a couple of blocks away from El Prado museum. Breakfast could have been better and we thought the dinning area was greatly understaffed, other that that, all the staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall pleased."
