"The only"

"Waited over 5min and the scramble eggs tray continued to be empty. Asked the waiting staff and he said he would look into it. Wife is a us resident and has been since 2018 the hotel charged IGV peruvian tax. We Landed in lima on 10/15 and no tax was charged. Went to Piura for a week and on our 2nd stayed she was charged. They told her that it was because she has been in the country for over 10 days? Makes no sense. We will not be staying here ever again. They make the rules as they go."
