"Schöne, große Zimmer, aber leider ansonsten sehr schwierig: Zimmer gehen zum (großen) Pool des nachbarhotels bzw. zu Sportplätzen, wo ständig Spiele stattfanden (Lärmpegel bis abends). Begleitet von einer Kette an Hochzeiten an den Wochenenden. Das scheint auch der Fokus des Hotelpersonals zu sein. Mit eigenen Anliegen kam man nur schwer durch. ZB eine tee time auf dem hoteleigenen Golfplatz zu bekommen. Oder das Zimmer zu wechseln, weil man das Zimmer zum Hinterhof mit maschinenlärm erhalten....

In fact they canceled my reservation without even informing me prior to my arrival. Around 1:00 AM (My wife and I are very tired, we do not speak Spanish, and this is our first visit to Peru) the lady said she reserved another...
