"Fantastic value for money - The perfect location (not busy) and right by the beach. Please note you have to walk the beach via rocks or steep steps - so not suitable for kids or the elderly. Brilliant staff who really looked after us and gave my boyfriend a bottle for his birthday."

"The apartment slept 4 (there were2 of us), but we were only given 2 bath and one hand towel. Sofa needed replacing as cover cracked and split. Lift doesn’t work in the rain. Male (manager?) on reception told me to go on line to order takeaway from any site although we found out the restaurant had a take away menu. Large space for 2."

"I wouldn’t actually return to Puerto Rico due to the hills but the Servatur Montebello itself was just what I was looking for. The guys in reception were so friendly & helpful, the apartment was clean and the pool was beautiful. My only two issues were the tiny weeny bugs that were prevalent in the kitchen area (quite a lot, even though I kept killing them) & a lack of kitchen equipment (general crockery but no extras for food prep or storage).
