"Norbreck Castle Hotel was very good value for money. Lifts to each floor, with few extra stairs made all the rooms easily accessible. Standard of cleanliness was very good. The staff were polite and helpful. The food was pretty straightforward - plain but easy eating - and breakfast was more than adequate. "Excellent budget hotel. Rooms were kept clean and were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and the tram and bus stops right outside the hotel were very convinient for going into Blackpool. Would absolutely recomment."

The staff were all lovely and very welcoming. Enjoyed having access to the pool which the kids loved. Sauna, steam room and jacuzzi all hot which is sometimes missing in some venues. "The location was great - quiet and out of the way but easily access to local attractions. I did find the room a bit warm on arrival and had to immediately turn off the radiators and open the windows. Also, the bed was a bit too hard and uncomfortable for me but that’s personal taste. The wash basin in the bathroom was cracked and I could have done with a hand rail to get in and out of the bath but that was my own fault for not requesting an accessible room. "
