"Good in parts but bad parts too. Not what I expected. No bath plug....rang reception from room telephone and my mobile....housekeeping, maintenance and reception....not answered. Had to get dressed go down to reception to make my request. Then a 40 minute wait for one to get delivered to the room. ..."

"Super friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast and Spa excellent. Room Service Pizza Superbly Tasty. Bathroom Extra Fan annoyingly stays on for 30 mins after switching bathroom light off which is annoying when you're try to get to sleep. Ice Machine still broken since last visit one month ago."
