"Un hotel muy especial, con casitas y estudios al lado de un lago. Entorno privilegiado, todo muy nuevo y con grandes comodidades por ser bungalows. Hemos estado 3 maravillosos días conociendo ese bonito lugar y se agradecía llegar en esa pequeña cabañita para relajarnos de todo el ajetreo del día. El personal dejaba bastante que desear sobre todo porque parecía que eramos raros por el hecho de no ser del país. Sufrimos algun episodio desagradable con ellos que no voy a explicar detalladamente...

"The room was comfortable, clean, cosy, the bathroom had everything we needed. The breakfast was excellent with welcoming staff to greet us. The reception staff were so kind in the hotel and looked after us when we needed help. Can highly recommend this hotel. "

"The Royal presents itself impeccably. It has quality everywhere you look. Our room was immaculate and food quality didn’t let us down. However, our experience at breakfast was a little disappointing as everything was being cleared away before we had finished eating!! And our charges to the room were taken from my credit card without any prior consultation. Still waiting for an email of my bill which was promised? All just seemed a bit unprofessional?"

"Repetiría el hotel. Echo en falta un control de temperatura en la habitación y más enchufes a mano, pues tuve que desenchufar la televisión para preparar un té. También eché en falta que en la recepción no tuviesen un adaptador para enchufes. El restaurante muy bueno, fantástico y su bodega más que aceptable."
