"As a female solo traveler, I had a wonderful and highly comfortable stay at Empress Select Apartments. The check-in process was incredibly smooth, and Tim was exceptionally helpful, kind, and genuinely welcoming, which immediately made me feel safe and at ease.

"The manager/owner was very nice and introduced him self. The apartment was modern and homely, however after an hour of being at the property I noticed my feet were filthy dirty, when the manager knocked I did ask for a mop he said it would be an extra charge to give it a clean, after receiving the mop i went to use to to realise it was already filthy dirty and unable to use. I had to send my husband the shop to get a mop and bucket so i could clean it. We also had to buy bedding due to there...

"Do NOT book these apartments at Aurum House . I received an email stating that I would receive info re carparking 24 hours before my stay and "other" check in details approx 1 hour before the check in time of 3pm. I hadn't had any info sent to me so just after 2pm I sent a message asking for the check in info.... with no reply. I waited and waited and eventually rang the host. It went to voicemail. "An excellent place to stay as I needed somewhere with the comforts of home to use as an office for a few days working away.
Everything was there that I needed to cook, eat, shower and sleep while it was just a short walk to the tram stop for transport up and down the coast.
Also in a quiet part of town but close enough to get to the noisier parts if you wanted - just a 20 minute walk to Blackpool North station so ideally placed for me."

"Apartment was well equipped and clean . There was a little mix up for entry when we arrived but sorted quickly and they couldnt have been more helpful and apologetic .
Would definately stay again "
