"There was noise overnight and we called twice to complain. I felt they should’ve offered some money back or something in the am because of the noise at 2AM. No one offered anything Won’t be rushing back next time I’m in town Also if you bring a car the parking lot only takes cars that are 5’9 and lower. Not end of the world but kind of an awkward underground parking lot"

"We arrived quite late and the team at check-in were amazing. We had just welcomed our newest grandson at a nearby hospital and had not had a chance to eat dinner. Not only did the team offer to keep the bar open a little later, they also happily made up some food for us and this was well after 11 pm. Super friendly and personable staff. Our room was fantastic, super clean. Great location. Will absolutely choose Hyatt again. Thank you for an amazing last-minute stay."

"Hi, I didn’t have parking and I walked in at 2 am expected to pay up front. That didn’t sit well with me. The place was not as great as your typical Holiday Inn. It was run down. There was no breakfast included as per expected. The Porch was great."
