"Like - the hotel was clean and well maintained. Did not like - tried to order a small, simple à la carte breakfast of Raisin Bran cereal, an apple and a hot tea. I was not hungry so did not want the breakfast bar for $25. My simple order ended up costing $26! They added a large fruit cup and a large hot tea without asking or giving me a choice of the items’ size. This was not fair since I only wanted a small breakfast but the up-charges on these two items caused my small breakfast to cost...

"We stayed in a two-bedroom suite, which was clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the essentials for a pleasant stay. While the building and décor are a bit dated, everything was well maintained and in good condition. The location was another highlight, with restaurants and local attractions within easy walking distance. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient place to stay, and we'd consider staying here again."

They offered to change rooms but it was late and we had an early checkout. Though very stylish, the room didn’t have drawers for our clothes. The really big benefit is the proximity to the airport. "The hotel did warn us they are in the middle of an upgrade, specifically to replace carpeting. The hotel desperately needs it. The musty smell in the hallways is strong. Staff at the front desk and the breakfast area were very pleasant and helpful."

"This is my fifth time going to the same place. This time, however, I wanted to check out late, our daughter had an exam, finishing at 4pm. The plan was to check out, pick her up and drive home. Sadly, we were allowed only an hour and a half past the check out time. I thought our request could have been accommodated, especially for a repeat customer."
