"Its a very out dated facility and not worth the money paid. No smart tv, the blinds dont shut properly so the light(thats never turned off outside) comes through, the bed was very uncomfortable and had a massive lump in the middle, no microwave, no toaster, only had terrible instant coffee, no pod machine, a kettle and long life milk. You have to climb into an old rickety bath tub to have a shower and the tap is at the other end. Unless this place was the only available hotel in an emergency I'd...

"The boom gate on the car park was not working when we arrived but was repaired by the time we left.
One of the two lifts was not working for all of our stay.
Our bathroom sink plug was stuck but one of the staff managed to dislodge it. "

"The room was in good condition however there instances were the fan in the living/dinning room wasn’t working at all. We also had issues accessing the WIFI throughout our stay at the hotel. Towels were also not changed until or unless we were there for 8 or more days and there were no longer extra blankets kept up in the wardrobes like before. Also anything else we wanted was at a cost."

"The apartments are perfectly located next to the shopping mall and close to public transport. Our apartment was on the top level and had the most amazing, huge wrap around balcony. definitely a standout feature. The kitchen was well equipped and the lounge was very comfortable. The beds were comfy with the black out curtains making for a nice sleep. The bathroom was equipped with a washing and drying machines and the shower had a rain head.
The negatives were it is very outdated with an old tv...
