"Breakfast selection was good. Fresh ingredients and freshly prepared.Good portions. Good service. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Very comfortable bed. Staff are friendly and helpful. The bar is well stocked, and the lounge areas are comfortable and welcoming. We enjoyed the pool/sauna & steam room. Dinner menu was ok. Not a massive choice, and a bit pricy. But good food & ingredients.Portions were a bit diappointing though. Overall a great stay and will definately return. The beautiful...

"We stayed just the 1 night but wish we could have stayed longer. The room was clean and full of character. Had an evening meal in the restaurant which was delicious. The breakfast was also lovely with great views. In all we couldn’t fault the place and will definitely stay again when in the area."

"Beautiful grounds, historic buildings and a well appointed and equipped spa helped us enjoy a luxurious and relaxing mini break. The full vegetarian breakfast was delicious and really well cooked - a nice bonus to have this included for a minimal extra charge. Tracy at breakfast and Gino in the evening were stand out members of staff but everyone we encountered was as helpful and friendly. Beth & Damon on reception gave us a warm welcome. "

"For the price this was a very worthwhile overnight stay. Big comfortable bed, good WiFi, and good facilities. The only downside was an issue with the cleaning in the bathroom as the toilet hadn’t been cleaned properly, as I found a small amount of poo in the toilet bowl. Not great. But overall was pleased with the hotel. Breakfast was excellent. "
