"Everything was great. It was bit loud the first two nights, it was Memorial weekend. But the location was perfect, close to everything. So clean and excellent host directions. "

"My son was graduating from NC state but lives in Winston Salem. This was the perfect spot for 5 adults and served as a great base camp. There were many small touches included and communication was immediate. We would definitely stay here again! "

"The property description and photos are accurate. The property was clean and well cared for. The property is in a nice quiet neighborhood with restaurants and shopping close by. No issues whatsoever. Highly recommended. "

"Good spot with easy access to the medical appointments that we were in town for. Easy walk to a good restaurant and comfortable space. Had all that we needed for a quick stay. "

"This was a comfortable stay for my husband, our doggy and me. I had an appointment at the Eye Center at Wake Forest University Hospital, and we chose this rental based on its proximity to the hospital. Everything was clean, and there were doggy treats for Lucy. We enjoyed our stay!"

"Stayed here as this was right around the corner from my nieces house where all the family fun was taking place. Worked out perfectly to be 4 tenths of a mile away. We only slept there. It was clean and comfortable."

"The property was very cute and homey. One of us slept on the pull-out couch and one in the bed. While the bed was the better of the two, the couch was definitely fine. I did not feel the support bars. The stairs are fine for younger people but a little bit dicey for those fit 70-year-olds. More handles would be nice."

"La Casita is comfortable, clean and well-appointed. All of the furnishings and finishes seem brand new. Decor is cute. Quality/availability of towels and bed linens was good. Lina was a gracious host who responded very quickly and helpfully to all of our questions. The property is very close to Wake Forest Univ, and we were happy to be close to campus instead of staying in downtown Winston. My main caveat with La Casita is that the surrounding lot is not as manicured/well-cared for as the...

"This is a neat as a pin, quaint cottage. The lack of a bath/shower and hot water bothered me more than i thought it would. Otherwise, it would be five stars hands down."

"My stay was great my only compliments were the air conditioner cutting on and off kept me from sleeping comfortably and there wasn't enough room to easily turn around in the parking atea. Otherwise it was wonderful and very comfortable. "

"We made a girls weekend trip to visit my daughter at college. This property was in a perfect location only 20 mins to college, but 5 min to all the necessities. Great communication with Ivan, clean property, was all that it was expected to be. Definitely recommend renting this property. Ivan was quick to respond if I needed anything.
