The space:
Sleeps 9 with air mattress and sofa bed. Smart TVs in all rooms. All essentials provided. Including (but not limited to) ear plugs, toothbrush, toothpaste, indoor grill, baby stroller, cane, umbrellas, sunscreen, bug spray, face masks, common over the counter medication, first aid kit, manicure kit, condiments, and snacks.
Interior newly renovated! LVP flooring throughout.
Handle located at front door step. (1 step up to porch to enter). One level (no interior stairs). Walk in shower with seats in master bathroom.
Ring doorbell.
This home is professionally maintained with quarterly pest control services to ensure a clean and comfortable stay.

Kitchen was well equipped with nice dining area, bedrooms were comfortable with good closet space, bathrooms nicely renovated.Loved the screened in porch off the kitchen. Nice quiet neighborhood and convenient to everything.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this cozy, quiet house! My husband, daughter and I were in town for a college visit, and the house was the perfect place for us. It was very clean, and close to everything, but still far enough away to enjoy the stillness of a calm and quiet neighborhood setting. Sadly, it was chilly and rainy the whole time we were there, so we didn't really get to enjoy sitting out on the back porch as much as I would have liked to, but the view of the colorful, fall trees from the porch (and kitchen window) was delightful! Michelle was a wonderful hostess. We didn't need to call her for anything, but I'm sure she would have been easily accessible had we needed to. Also, checking in and out was a breeze. (My husband and I really appreciated the ample supply of coffee and creamer, as well!) I would highly recommend this house to anybody staying in the area, and should my daughter end up going to college there, I would definitely plan on returning for another stay!

Graduation stay

My son was graduating from NC state but lives in Winston Salem. This was the perfect spot for 5 adults and served as a great base camp. There were many small touches included and communication was immediate. We would definitely stay here again!

Condo was clean and accommodating. Close to town with lots of restaurants and grocery store close by. Will definitely consider renting this condo again if back in the area. Prompt response from management when I had questions. I was very satisfied!!

Lovely, well equipped house

We were here to visit our daughter in college for 6 nights. It was the perfect place. It was close to her college, grocery store, shopping. The house was clean and had so many extras such as toothbrushes, tooth paste, shampoo, conditioner, paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags. The kitchen was well equipped and great for cooking the home cooked meals our daughter craved. The only downside was the small kitchen table. We had two of her friends over for dinner, making us 6 people, and it only holds 4. We brought two of the chairs in from the screened in porch and made it work. I loved walking the neighborhood everyday, hardly any traffic. Also great to be able to do our laundry there. Communication was good with owners and keypad entry was nice and easy. One thing we couldn’t figure out was when was trash/recycling day. I heard the garbage truck one morning and ran the cans out. We would definitely recommend this lovely place and would stay again!

Clean, Comfortable, Recently renovated home stocked with every amenity

Wonderful property in a quiet, safe neighborhood within 10 minutes of almost everything in Winston-Salem. Good walking area (albeit hilly). Home was recently renovated with a very nice kitchen and bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower. Owner has stocked almost every amenity under the sun from K-Cups with creamer, sugar and Sweet and Low to wrapped toothbrushes and toothpaste, shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. Frequent travelers will even appreciate the high quality of the toilet paper provided! Nice place at a fair price.

Delightful stay

The duplex is charming and comfortable. There isn’t really a yard to take pets out in, you have to walk down the street to a green area. The host is extremely quick to respond. Amazing supply of everything you can think of to make your stay an easy one. Highly recommend

Soccer Tournament
