Cozy King Blue H2O Staycation , Stock Tank Pool, Hot Tub, Fire Pit Pets OK!

Quiet secluded STAYCATION w/ Fully Fenced Back Yard for the PUPS. We have a hot tub for year round use and a Stock Tank Pool . A fire pit to unwind. Double Hammock & Enjoy a back yard BBQ with a built in bar top table and a cozy Sectional to enjoy the outdoors. Inside we have an amazing plush King size mattress to take all stress away. Full kitchen.

* Hot tub - I will do my best to have it available at all times unless there is a mechanical issue. (No refunds if hot tub is not available)
The space
We’re located at the end of an old very diverse quiet neighborhood built in the 50’s, completely surrounded by woods and only 7 minutes from Downtown, 5 min to I-40 and area hospitals.

This is a duplex style home, there is a full time tenant on the front side of the house and you have full and complete privacy of the Fenced side and back yard.
Guest access
Guests have the full use of the completely private back yard and private parking in the carport with direct entrance to yard and house.
Other things to note
The HVAC is shared and the temperature is centrally located and controlled by a Nest unit.
Summer is set to 68 & Winter is set to 72, please advise if this is not comfortable and will change upon request.

* Hot tub - I will do my best to have it available at all times unless there is a mechanical issue. (No refunds if hot tub is not available)

***We are Pet Friendly and clean extensively after each visit, but if you see a stray dog hair please do not hold against us***

We have an office chair that can be brought in if you need that. Please let us know, otherwise the small chair is there.

1st I thought we'd be alone in the building, the tenant next door cooked fish and our whole unit stunk, the smell stayed our entire stay. The neighbors dogs barked constantly especially at night. The walls are so thin you could hear everything next door. The sofa smelled like dirty dogs. The swimming pool is a rusting tub and the backyard was a mess. Very unhappy with the stay, the worst one I've ever rented.

Our host was not on property, but she was always readily avaliable for any questions or needs. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome with a gift basket of snacks, even doggy treats and potty bags. The rental was some what of a tiny home, but beautifully decorated and we were very comfortable, even with our two150lb fur babies.The bed was so comfortable, we got the info off of it and ordered one! It was a short stay, but we really enjoyed everything the rental offered!
Our girls loved the back yard ...and we loved that it was fenced in!

The place was as described. The place was cute and the yard was so nice and pretty. Everything was clean and I was thankful to have brochures on activities and food (a vacation isn't worth it if the food stinks imo).

Quiet, quaint gem

This little nook is very cozy. Our host was very attentive with any questions and left us a champagne split and chocolates upon arrival. The home is well maintained and decorated. I was worried that since pets are allowed it would have an odor, but that was not the case.It had everything we needed. There were no napkins, but paper towels; so no big deal.Great place to stay in Winston-Salem.

Quiet retreat for virtual conference

My husband, mid sized dog, and I stayed here so I could complete a virtual continuing education conference. It was the perfect space for me to get out of my home context and focus and also relax between sessions. Very dog friendly (lots of thoughtful add ons for dogs like a dog bed, outside poop pail, and treats) and quiet. Very clean and cozy with an impressive use of every square inch of this 400 sq ft attached getaway!
