"Great location, close to grocery store, restaurants, bus stops. It had all the ammenities we needed like bodywash, shampoos, pots, pans, dishes, etc. The house was remodelled but not fully. It has potential. It was worth the price. The host was very responsive. The dryer did not work. He came right away but was not able to fix the problem while we were there. But it was the end of our stay so it was not a big deal."

"Our stay was amazing! Our host Donna was the most helpful and friendliest host we have ever stayed with. The grounds were absolutely beautiful, just as pictured. We spent the evenings sitting on the patio enjoying the view of the lake! If ever back in Maryland we will definitely stay there again! "

"to be clear i had an amazing time and really loved it. it’s a cute place and the access to nature was EXCEPTIONAL. but it definitely could be cleaner. i found big spider webs behind the bed, dust on kitchen objects (kettle, seasonings, bowls), and dusty side tables too. it’s understandable that one can’t find every single hair but there were visible long hairs stuck to the bathroom floor and i kept finding hairs on me as well (definitely not mine). the worst part was that the towels and spare...

"This was a perfect spot for those of our family from out of town to rent for a nearby Family Reunion.We all love to walk, so thoroughly enjoyed being able to nearby restaurants and shopping. Especially enjoyed the Farmers Market on Sunday morning."

"Property is in a quiet neighborhood, but close enough to many restaurants, stores, and other attractions. The home is spacious and bright with all necessary details covered. We enjoyed our stay."

"Me and my coworkers stayed in this lovely newly constructed townhouse. Checking in was easy, garage door opener left for us to use was nice. House had everything we needed. While we attend a hair show at the temple academy, Presley Poe & friends. We had ample time to explore Fredrick MD. We eat at the liberty seafood, and steakhouse, Pistarros, Abbraccio gelato, would highly recommend this townhouse "

"We didn’t stay. We when arrived, instead of a room in the guest house, we were expected to stay in a tentlike structure. In addition, the bathroom facilities were outdoor showers and commodes that required a climb up a set of stairs. Luckily we were able to secure a room at another facility. The owner supposedly requested a refund for me but I haven’t heard whether this has been approved."

"Very nice stay with family for a Memorial Service and Celebration of Life in neighboring areas. Much space to spread out and relax with a peaceful surrounding. Clean and comfortable."

"Will never use VRBO to book a stay again! We had a two night stay scheduled at this property that was a terrible experience. We booked this stay three months in advance. The host claims they cancelled last minute due to a gas smell in the apartment. This was a complete lie. Because what truly happened was he double booked our stay with another family and we didn’t find out until we tried to check in and someone else was already staying there! I contacted the host and he claimed we couldn’t stay...
