"I stayed in B2, which is a basement room. It had a VERY strong mildew odor, chipped furniture with crooked drawers, and patchwork paint on the ceilings. This room does NOT warrant the 3.5 rating that this property has, however, other rooms may be better. The shower was clean, however, so they earned one Star for that."

"We had a wonderful stay at Wayside Inn. Our host, Joe, was very helpful and was a great chef! Our breakfasts were very good and got us ready for the day ahead. Parking was not a problem and the surrounding yard was shady and pleasant. The giant oak in the front is reported to be 200 or more years old. Our room and bath were well maintained. We would definitely stay there again. The Inn also has a great history dating back to the late 18th Century. It is said that George Washington stayed there...

"Had an emergency, needed to check out later. Went downstairs, spoke to the person at the counter. She told me, it was okay and i was all set. There will be additional charge of $30. Four (4) repeated times stuff came knocking at my room interrupting my conference calls. It was conffuding and annoying at the same time litteraly. In addition, the dollar amount that the hotel charged was was higher than what i was told by the front desk initially. I still did not receive a receipt with breakdown."

"We had such a wonderful stay at The Inn at Mary’s Land Farm and would absolutely come back. We came from Southern California and stayed here in between DC and Manhattan while in town for my son’s lacrosse tournament, and it ended up being one of the highlights of the trip.
